The ballerina turned diva has numerous luxurious residences in Mumbai, where she recently made news for her Bandra apartment. Arora reportedly rented this luxurious flat to costume designer Kashish Hans for Rs.1.50 Lakhs per month.

Zapkey paperwork show that the Pali Hill apartment in Bandra West has been leased for Rs 1.57 lakh per month for three years. According to another Hindustan Times article, the April 29, 2024 leasing agreement contains a 5% annual rate increase. For the first year, rent is Rs 1.50 lakh per month, rising to Rs 1.57 lakh and Rs 1.65 lakh for the next two. It shows a Rs 4.5 lakh security deposit from the tenant.
However, sources say Malaika Arora has leased her property before. According to a 2022 Zapkey article, the diva rented her Casablanca Apartments flat in Bandra to Jeffrey Goldenberg, proprietor of The Jeff Goldenberg Studio, for four years at Rs 1.2 lakh per month for the first year.
Malaika Arora, who runs a fitness studio and other businesses, also films reality series. She co-judged India’s Best Dancer, participated on her son Arhaan Khan’s podcast Dumb Biryani, and made cameos in Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives. Star vs. Food will feature her, her BFF Kareena Kapoor Khan, Karan Johar, and Pratik Gandhi.
