The first two Race films starred Saif Ali Khan. Both Akshaye Khanna and John Abraham played villains in the first and second chapters.
Race 4 may star Sidharth Malhotra. Pinkvilla reports that Sidharth is in talks with Ramesh Taurani about the fourth film. Saif Ali Khan may appear in the film.
Will Race 4 star Sidharth?
Pinkvilla claimed, “While Ramesh Taurani has a team of in-house writers to develop Race 4’s basic plot, he has outsourced it to some of the seasoned writers and directors to develop it into a screenplay. He is talking to Sidharth Malhotra to play Race 4’s lead opposite Saif Ali Khan while writing. Sid loves Race Franchise and wants to make the film.”
The Race franchise will revive with a Saif-Sid battle, staying loyal to its world. Both heroes have shades of grey in this two-hero film, the source said.
Race franchise
Race 4’s script is ready, according to Ramesh Taurani. Abbas-Mustan directed Saif Ali Khan in the first two Race flicks. Both Akshaye Khanna and John Abraham played villains in the first and second chapters.
Salman Khan starred in Remo D’Souza’s third film, with Bobby Deol as the adversary. Race (2008), produced by Tips Films, was successful enough to warrant a 2013 sequel. Despite poor reviews, the 2018 third part was a hit.
Recent Ramesh Taurani comments
The script for the next Race film is ready, and we’ll announce the cast soon. A fresh cast is expected. I can’t say if Salman Khan will appear. It will go on floors late this year. In a June interview with PTI, Ramesh said the director is unknown.
Sidharth’s last flick
Sidharth, Disha Patani, and Rashii Khanna last appeared in Yodha. The film did well at the box office, winning Siddharth accolades over his portrayal. March 2024 saw the release of Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha’s flick.
