Luv tweeted a Telegraph India piece on June 30. Luv tweeted about his absence and hinted at a bogus web campaign against him without naming anyone.
He tweeted, “With carefully curated news stories about his family business, nobody tread grey areas like the groom’s father’s proximity to a politician whose ED enquiries had vanished in the “washing machine”. No mention of the groom’s father’s time in Dubai…
The lawmaker ended his statement by saying he was delighted a journalist conducted their investigation instead of relying on PR stories.

Sonakshi married Zaheer on June 23, 2024, in a small wedding attended by family, friends, relatives, and film, media, and political colleagues. Huma Qureshi co-produced and starred in Double XL.
