Rhea Chakraborty is starting a podcast called Chapter 2, and she teased the first episode with Bollywood star Sushmita Sen. In the clip, they discuss being called ‘gold diggers’ and fighting internet abuse.
Rhea teases Sushmita, “You know there is a bigger gold digger than you in this room?” Sushmita jokes, “Oh, you also?” Rhea says, “I’m the biggest.” Rhea jokes about the cruel online harassment she faced after her ex-boyfriend Sushant Singh Rajput died. Rhea makes Sushmita laugh with her remark about starting a gold digger curriculum in the trailer.
After millionaire and financial fraud fugitive Lalit Modi (now an ex-boyfriend) declared their relationship in 2022, Sushmita was trolled and labeled a gold digger like Rhea. Sushmita responded to trolls with poise, stating, “I dig deeper than gold…and I’ve always (famously) preferred diamonds.” Yes, I buy them myself.”
Rhea posted the podcast clip on Instagram on her 32nd birthday, reflecting on her four-year transformation. “I turned 32 yesterday, and what a journey! These past four years have been about transformation, progress, and becoming a person I finally like. Our celebration includes amazing people who’ve embraced their #Chapter2 in life.
