A US-based Sidharth Malhotra devotee lost Rs. 50 lakhs in a fraud allegedly involving fanpage admins. The X fan Minoo Vasudevan, known as desi_girl334, wrote multiple notes on how Alizeh and Husna deceived her by claiming Sid was in jeopardy. After her outrage, Sidharth Malhotra sent a caution to fans to avoid such crooks.
According to his statement, “It has been brought to my attention that certain fraudulent activities/scams have been circulating on various social media platforms, allegedly claiming to be associated with or in relation to me, my family and people claiming to be my fans and seeking money.” He said, “I want to assure everyone reading this that neither I nor my family or team support any of this. Please be cautious when handling such stuff. Report questionable inquiries to authorities and avoid spreading misinformation.” He said, “My fans have always been my biggest strength and your trust and safety are my top priorities.” Sending a “Big Love and Hug!”
Minoo also described Alizeh’s lies that Kiara Advani threatened Sidharth and his family to marry her and performed black magic on him in a series of articles. Minoo posted that she was worried about her idol, and Alizeh brought her to Sid’s “team member” Deepak, who validated her stories.
