Zareen Khan recently discussed her collaboration with Salman Khan in Veer (2010) and Ready (2011). Zareen recounted great set memories with Salman but admitted to feeling intimidated by him.
Zareen told comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachiya, “Salman ke saath toh hamesha hi woh darr rehta hai (there is always fear around Salman). Not only fear, intimidation. But Salman is so amazing, he never made me feel that way. If I felt intimidated by him, he would say or do anything to calm me. I creeped him out during the shoot. When he rested between shots, I would sit outside his vanity with the crew. Salman would ask, “Kya hua?” while I stared at him. What happened?’ I’d say, “I can’t believe I’m sitting opposite you.” I just saw you in movies, but my family loves you.”
