Shilpa Shinde, an actress who is best known for her appearances in the television shows Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hain! and Bigg Boss 11, has voiced her disapproval of the Cine and TV Artistes’ Association (CINTAA) for what she perceives to be a lack of support for television performers. Following the departure of Shehzada Dhami and Pratiksha Honmukhe from the popular television serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Shilpa has revealed her thoughts on the matter.
The producers of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai have fired two actors overnight, and Shilpa Shinde has criticized the CINTAA for their decision. They said, “Maafiagiri chal rahi hain.”
According to the reports, the performers were fired because of their behavior that was not professional. In her statement, Shilpa voiced her disagreement of the decision, describing it as “unfair” and “nonsense.” A statement made by Shilpa was as follows: “You join CINTAA in order to exert authority over other people.” Only other artists are prohibited by the Artists Association. Do you have any experience with the idea of a producer being banned?
The actress brought attention to the apparent inequality over the fact that artists who are experiencing difficulties continue to work, while those who adhere to professionalism are at risk of being misinterpreted. She made reference to her own experience with CINTAA, implying that they did not provide her with help when she was confronted with obstacles in the sector.
“In my situation, I did not commit any transgressions. “When CINTAA decided to go against me, I was forced to provide everyone with an explanation of my position,” she stated. She went on to convey her dissatisfaction with the industry by saying, “Maafiagiri chal rahi hain,” which translates to “the practice of favoritism is taking place.” “There is no one in this industry who works in favor of the artist,” the artist asserted. “There is no one who works in favor of the artist.”
Additionally, the actress, who is 46 years old, offered her thoughts on the new inclusion of a “no-affair clause” in the contracts of performers working on Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. “Pehle kabhi set par actors ke affair nahi huye hai kya [Haven’t actors had affairs on set before]?” she asked with curiosity. As a result of the heightened exposure that results from on-set romances, she indicated that producers can occasionally benefit from these relationships. “Uss basis pe unko nikalna unfair hai [It’s unfair to remove them on that basis],” she stated in her conclusion.
