While filming outdoors in Kochi, Bramayugam’s Arjun Ashokan and Premalu’s Sangeeth Prathap had an accident.
Arjun Ashokan of Bramayugam and Sangeeth Prathap of Premalu were in an accident on Saturday while filming a chase sequence for Bromance. Arjun and Sangeeth’s car crashed with two bikes and flipped on MG Road in Kochi at 1:45 AM on Saturday, according to Manorama News. A food delivery bike rider injured his foot, while Sangeeth broke his neck.
Arjun sat in front and Sangeeth in the back while an experienced stunt driver drove. Everyone was brought to the hospital, and police charged rash driving.
Statement by Sangeeth
In a lengthy Instagram post, Sangeeth said, “We met with an accident yesterday and thankfully we are all safe. I’ll leave the hospital tomorrow after 24 hours of observation. I have a slight injury but feel better thanks to God.”
He said he is ‘safe now’ and needs a ‘few days of rest’ and thanks followers for their ‘love and concern’. Contrary to rumors, he wrote, “I want to clear all rumours including the case I’ve registered against the driver, there hasn’t been any such case from my side.”
