The Khel Khel Mein video introduces seven buddies who attend a dinner party and play a room game. After they give up their phones, secrets and lies about each other emerge. Bell Bottom co-star Vaani Kapoor plays Akshay, who likes Instagram bikini photos and lies to his wife. Tiger Shroff, his Bade Miyan Chote Miyan co-star, gets in a joke.
About the film
Taapsee plays a humorous part and embraces her Sardarni side. Fardeen Khan appeared in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Netflix India historical drama Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar and reunited with Akshay Kumar from Heyy Babyy. Aditya Seal, Pragya Jaiswal, and Bad Newz’s Ammy Virk complete the cast.
Happy Bhag Jayegi and Pati, Patni Aur Woh-fame director Mudassar Aziz directed Khel Khel Mein. He and Sara Bodinar co-wrote and Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series produced it.
Khel Khel Mein, originally scheduled for September, will instead open on August 15 for Independence Day. It will compete with Nikkhil Advani’s action movie Vedaa, starring John Abraham, Sharvari Wagh, and Abhishek Banerjee, and Amar Kaushik’s Stree 2, a sequel to his 2018 smash. The horror comedy’s Rajkummar Rao, Shraddha Kapoor, Pankaj Tripathi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Aparshakti Khurana will return. Tamannaah Bhatia dances in Stree 2.
