After attending a naked party, actor Suchitra Krishnamoorthi expressed her opinions online. Here’s her take.

The actress said, “Just attended a body positivity/ naked party in Berlin,” on X, formerly Twitter. Reminded me of the quote: don’t be too open-minded your brains fall out. Desi girl forever. Request a solution and singing of Gayatri mantras. Baapre”.
“These things are very, very common over here,” she added of the experience. It’s meant to promote body positivity and overcome body issues. I thought, “Experience karte hai.” A buddy of a friend’s bar hosted the celebration. The guest list included me. I went for it and fled away because I’m desi. I don’t want to see private bits!”
She added, “But it was in good spirit. It should be entertaining and positive. No vulgarity here. Indians are raised to be body-conscious. She spent about 20 minutes at the all-night party. She liked it, but “I am a desi girl.”
Kaveri, her daughter, doesn’t know she went to the party but expects her to be well. She says, “She’ll be glad I chose this. I attempted going, even though I fled away after 20 minutes.”
