Bollywood Hungama was among the first to report that Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha, scheduled for release on Friday, July 5, had been postponed. A day later, on July 3, the makers stated they pushed the film’s release at exhibitors’ and distributors’ request. The musical love story’s new release date is here.
The insider told Bollywood Hungama that Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha will be launched on August 2. The filmmakers considered releasing the picture in the second week of July, but they chose August 2. Bollywood Hungama reported on Monday that the makers are considering August 2.
Sources say Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha was moved forward because Kalki 2898 AD, starring Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan, is super-strong and unlikely to receive enough shows.

Bollywood Hungama also reports that the Central Board of Film Certification certified two teasers on July 3. New promos may include the changed release date. The other teaser is 46 seconds, whereas the first is 45. Interestingly, the former received a U/A while the latter received a clean ‘U’.
Jimmy Shergill, Saiee Manjrekar, and Shantanu Maheshwari feature in Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha with Tabu and Devgn. Oscar-winning composer M M Kreem scores it, which Neeraj Pandey wrote and directed.
